Club Jam calendar questions.
The Sprints, the Framework Challenges, the time commitment. Everything members ask before they join.
What is the difference between a Sprint and a Framework Challenge?
A Sprint is a 6-week AI-themed cohort. Daily 5 to 10 minute videos Monday through Friday, one live Thursday session per week, and Friday share threads inside Club Jam on Skool. A Framework Challenge is a 10 to 20 day cohort that uses AI to apply a battle-tested business framework as a custom solution in your business. Daily 3 to 5 minute videos, one small AI-powered action per day, one live Thursday session per week, and a tangible artifact you can use at the end. Sprints are the deep work. Framework Challenges are the fast wins.
Do I have to read anything for the Framework Challenges?
No. You never have to buy or read a book. Every framework lives in Jam's daily videos, and Claude does the custom application work in YOUR business. The framework name on the Challenge (Go-Giver, StoryBrand SB7, $100M Offers, Atomic Habits) tells you what you'll be applying and credits the original source. If you've already read it, you'll go deeper faster. If you haven't, Jam teaches every concept you need in 3 to 5 minutes a day. The work happens in the daily action, with AI doing the heavy lifting.
How much time per day does Club Jam actually take?
During a Framework Challenge, plan on 3 to 5 minutes for the video plus one small action (typically 5 to 20 minutes). During a Sprint, plan on 5 to 10 minutes for the video plus the build work the Sprint asks for (usually 20 to 60 minutes a day if you're shipping along with the cohort). Thursdays are the live session, roughly 60 minutes, replays available if you miss it. July and the late-December window are protected on purpose, with expert guests instead of daily action.
What happens in July and the late-December window?
Those are your catch-up plus guest months. No Sprint, no Framework Challenge, no daily action streak. Instead, Jam brings in expert guests to teach inside Club Jam and the cohort breathes. It is your time to finish whatever Sprint or Challenge is still on your list and to learn from new voices. The schedule is built this way on purpose so the year is sustainable, not a marathon.
What happens if I join Club Jam in the middle of a Sprint or Challenge?
You join whatever Sprint or Framework Challenge is currently running, and you also unlock the full evergreen library of every completed Sprint and Challenge. By April 2027 the library will hold 4 Sprints and 4 Framework Challenges. By the end of May 2027 it grows to 4 Sprints and 6 Framework Challenges. So no matter when you join, you have a year's worth of content plus the live cohort experience already in motion.
Are Sprints and Framework Challenges separate purchases, or are they included in Club Jam?
Every Sprint and every Framework Challenge is included in your Club Jam membership. One membership, four Sprints, four Framework Challenges, plus the full evergreen library, the expert guest sessions, and the Skool community. No upsells. No "Sprint pass." It is all in.
Which Sprint and which Framework Challenge should I start with?
If you're new to Claude or AI, start with Sprint 1: Zero to Claude. That is the on-ramp. If you join in the gap between Sprints, start with whichever Framework Challenge is currently live (it is never more than 4 weeks away). If you're between cohorts, dig into the evergreen library and run a past Sprint or Challenge on your own schedule. Jam will tell you exactly where to start when you join.
What does "walk away with" actually mean? Is it real work I can use?
Yes. Every Sprint and every Framework Challenge ends with a tangible artifact you built. A one-page BrandScript. A Grand Slam Offer one-pager. A 365-day habit system. A vibecoded site. A working AI agent. These are not worksheets, they're the actual deliverables a strategist would charge you for. The "walk away with" line on each card is what you'll have in your hands at the end.
