Common questions
Do we need Skool or any special software?
No. Training JAM runs completely outside of Skool. Sessions are live on Zoom, intake is a simple online form, and payment is a standard Stripe checkout, or an invoice if your finance team prefers. Your team doesn't need to sign up for anything unfamiliar. (The included Club Jam membership after the sprint does live on Skool, but joining it is simple and optional for each participant.)
Can we pay by invoice instead of credit card?
Yes. Standard is a 2-minute Stripe checkout, but if your company needs an invoice, just email jam@jamout.ai. Premium is invoiced by default, with NET terms available, whatever your procurement process needs.
